How long does my order take to ship?

Locs are specifically crafted for each order. As a result, the turnaround time is 8-10 weeks for locs to be shipped. Some orders can be shipped within 4 weeks if time permits but will incur a rush fee of $650. For clients that are getting their locs installed by me, your locs will be ready for your appointment so select local pick-up when ordering. Be confident that you chose an amazing stylist that will help you achieve your Loc Goals!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $30. Insurance is included & required for your luxury loc bundles. We want to ensure that your valuable purchase is covered during transit.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, customers will pay shipping fees. No insurance will be offered on loc bundles so please be sure to input your accurate address to make sure there are no issues with delivery.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of the product and the time, it takes to prepare, NO REFUNDS will be accepted. If there are any issues with service or hair please contact me immediately to find solutions. I cannot offer refunds or money back, however; I am more than happy to fix any issues.
